Twitter, Cloudflare DNS, other routing issues?

Anyone else seeing a routing blackhole like this:

$ tracepath twitter.com

The more I look at this the more I just end up scratching my head!  Those 10.200.*.* IP addresses are private (internal) IP addresses (on a larger scale but similar to our internal 192.168.1.* addresses), so being routed through them is VERY odd, and it's not happening for any other sites that I try.

While I try to stay away from the conspiracy theories, it does kind of smack of someone within VF fiddling with the routing servers and not realising they are doing it on the LIVE system (AGAIN)....

I have exactly the same problem with Twitter website. I posted a question on another page then found this. I have no ability to trace stuff but it has been happening to me all day.

My post from other section...

Unable to access www.twitter.com (Twitter) website via home broadband router - please help

As the title suggests I am having great difficulty today accessing twitter website. Not the app. I mostly use a chromebook and open twitter in the homepage. I don't use an app or extension. For the last 2 years it worked no problem. Today that changed. All other websites are accessible. I have reset (turned off and on) the router. I can connect via my mobile network (VodafoneUK) so I suspect it is a router/ISP issue. Vodafone help are not contactable - everyone is busy. I've cleared the history & cache. I've turned stuff off and on again. I've tried to access www.twitter.com desktop website using other devices via the router (home broadband) and nothing connects. I've turned off safe settings. I have no blocked websites set up on my account. Is this happening to anyone else? Can anyone help? Thank you.

The webpage at https://twitter.com/ might be temporarily down or it may have moved permanently to a new web address.

Very happy for other post to be removed if this is the best place to put it.
Any updates on what is going on? Thanks.

Still on hold.

Pop quiz to those affected, I'll go first:

Vodafone broadband product: Gigafast

Are you using the supplied vodafone router: no

Paste the output of route -n on your router:

Paste the output of route -n on your router: Don't know how to do this on a Chromebook

I'm on their 'pay monthly fixed broadband' package, if that's the right name for it. Using their supplied router, which has no means to display its routing table. (but the routing problem is not local to our routers, it's happening a few hops away)

Since some people are not seeing this problem, I would guess that it could be location-based - some parts of their network might have correct routing and others don't. I'm in north London.

Nor sure if it is location based? I'm in N Ireland.

I'd say it is happening to many but most of them are using apps on their devices to access twitter and/or the mobile network which is working.

Can anyone confirm - does the Vodafone Gigafast router run OpenWRT? I don't know if I have ever done a traceroute since having this service, but I don't recall it saying that? -

Tracing route to twitter.com [104.244.42.65]
over a maximum of 30 hops:

1 <1 ms <1 ms <1 ms OPENWRT [192.168.1.254]

I posted to twitter but haven't got a response yet, but looks like this is sorted? I've tested and it seems fine now

Yes fixed here too now.
