UPnP not working and NAT Type stuck at moderate

Just got fibre broadband installed this week and originally had no issues with it until today. The speeds and connection seem inconsistent and anything that requires to be connected to another device like phone lines and online multiplayer isn’t working pretty much at all. My Xbox is saying the NAT Type is stuck on moderate (needs to be open) and the UPnP is either not enabled or not working. If looked on the app and router but there doesn’t seem to be a way to check this nor enable it myself. Would I have to get in contact with Vodafone or does anyone know any possible issues it could be?
