Upgrading Full-Fibre to 900mb, Engineer required?

I recently received an offer to upgrade from Full-Fibre 500Mb to 900Mb. However I was suprised to see that the blurb says that an engineer visit is required. As I'm alredy on full-fibre (FTTP) 500 I would have thought this could be done remotely as no wiring is involved?

That's just a generic message to prepare you. An engineer is not required unless a fault shows.
