Vodafone Credentials for PPPoE

Hi. I just got my GiGabit internet installed, but I want to move to my ASUS AC5300. I know I need PPPoE credentials. Who can provide this to me, please?

911 if your service is provided by Cityfibre. For openreach try first with VLAN (802.1Q) disabled, then try 101 if that doesn't work.

I’m have issues with setting up my AMPLIFI router with PPPOae with a newly minted fibre connection today.. I’m pulling my hair out already..

Thank you for this. I know this is an old thread but was the first one to actually mention NOT setting a VLAN. the two times i've contacted vodafone directly (including today) and they told me to set the vlan either 911 or 101... literally as soon as i removed the vlan the connection came up immediately...

May he'll Cityfibre customers but that's less than half the current users @mansirlord. In all likelyhood it may even just confuse matters.

He is also in Ireland, so not really relevant to the U.K. Definately likely to confuse.

Oh yes, I only saw the .ie username at the bottom.

But as you said they are the details for CityFibre.
