I'm looking for a 100mbps+ fibre broadband provider (I'm currently with Virgin media / fibre). Openreach (7 months ago) and City Fibre (2 weeks ago) have installed fibre cabling up to my driveway. The BT Openreach superfast fibre (FTTP) on-line checker states Vodafone is one of the brands using its infrastructure to offer superfast broadband at my property. So far so good. But when I click thro to Vodafone's web site and enter my address details I get the "Great news - you can get Vodafone Fibre Broadband" but it only offers me a couple of 27.6 mbps deals! So I chatted Vodafone to find out whether I could actually get a FTTP based deal for 100mbps+. Sales agent 1 said "no, we can only offer what the web site says". I tried again. This time I was more tenacious and sales agent 2 handed me off to their technical team, who went away to do some checks and came back to say "yes of course we offer superfast FTTP at your address" and passed me back to a sales agent 3 who said "no, we can only offer what the web site says". Can anyone advise how I can find someone at Vodafone who isn't a slave to their (apparently out of date) web site and can offer me a superfast deal?

Hi @ArchieB - I understand how confusing and frustrating this must be especially when you're trying to take out a new contract with us, we'd love to have you onboard 😍 Our sales team on 191 (from a Vodafone number), 0333 304 0191 (from an alternative number) or livechat will be able to check what deals and speeds you're eligible for.

Hi Archie,
Broadband is probably the bane of Vodafone's existance when it goes wrong (and from the forum often does) - Unfortunately OpenReach (and CityFibre) are wholesalers, and unlike the primarily broadband companies who sell all the products OpenReach and CityFibre offer to all of it's customers, Vodafone offers some but not all of them (and it looks like it depends on which customer segment you're in, I can get "Gigafast" packages up to 900mbps on consumer, but only Superfast 1/2 if I look on business).
It's likely that the "tech team" were looking directly at the interface with OpenReach (which said some kind of FTTP was available) but the sales agents had (have?) no way of actually processing an order for it.
I'm sure I've seen posts on here where OpenReach has said "Vodafone can provide this" and they can't, because what was actually meant was "We allow Vodafone to provide this".
Sorry if that made things clear as mud, but hopefully things are a little less muddy (if this is what's going on)
