Mobile signal and broadband

Hi I applied for Vodafone broadband and a new mobile contract device, I have been a customer since the start of October and I have had nothing  but problems with both mobile and broadband signals dropping and disappearing, I have spoke to over 50 people since October 2021 to try a x get this situation resolved but I have just been fobbed off by Vodafone who don't give a crap about there customers, everytime I try and se d a text it comes up failed so I have to restart my phone and resend the text, and my signal drops and disconnects so I can't make calls and when I can I always lose my signal, and also my broadband signal has been coming and going, I have started complaints procedures as I fe Vodafone are just wanting my cash and don't care about there customers, as back in December I spoke to a manager who said he would phone me back the next day to fix my broadband but he never bothered to phone me back, I am now getting very angry, frustrated and annoyed and its not good for my mental health trying to chase this up, I'm at my wits end now how a company can put there customers through this, I'm having to chase this up for the past 5 months and only now something is getting done about it, and a Vodafone worker accused me of being a liar which really ##~## me off  I'm now at my wits end as u refuse to pay any more money until this sorted, but now I just want to cancel both my contracts as VODAFONE are in breach. Any help where I go from here would be greatly appreciated? I'm waiting on  someone getting back to me about cancellation as my head is all over the place dealing with this company!!

You have two separate issues here:  You need to start a thread on the network queries board for the mobile issues. Complete the template on this link  Network Issues for the Team to do the necessary investigation work.
