I left BT recently, joining Vodafone for a better tariff. The trouble is that's the only thing thats better. I work from home and have noticed a serious decline in my bandwidth since the switch and now often have problems when video conferencing. This evening my broadband has completely packed up. This is not good enough and I want to cancel.

Same here. Broadband dropped out about midnight, no online advisors available.

As for the overall performance, when it's working and I connect  a laptop with an ethernet cable, the bandwidth test confirms correct speed. However, connect with WiFi and the test is real poor. Conclusion, rubbish router! Sadly, our contracts only guarantee broadband connection speed, not the WiFi quality, so I'm afraid we have no legal leverage cancel.

Lucky for me I can change this month and VP will never get my business again.

As for tonight's breakdown, I'll be calling for some compensation tomorrow.

Good luck!
