3 times now I am renewing my broadband. And 3 times in 4 years time Vodafone is failing to deliver service.
Engineers just not turning on, broadband not switched on. No explanation, no details. But quick to take money again. I see long fight ahead. Shall I just go to EE....? .....
I've done messaging and phoning:
Customer Services : Oh.... Your order cancelled
CS.: We will put you on more money per month. You will be connected in 24 hours
Me: Now I have more money to pay. Still no connection and someone signed me for 18 months contract.
