Hi,

I have 2 boosters for my router. System all working well, but one booster was red after many years of good service. I have switched it on/off several times and reset it several times - near the router as directed, turned router on/off and attempted connection by pressing the WPS button simultaneously on both devices.

It is still giving a flashing white light?

Hey Melvin 👋 If you could contact our home broadband team they can run through some diagnostics with you to see if it can be resolved or maybe a new booster needs to be ordered. You can get in touch by calling 191 or 0333 304 0191 from a non Vodafone number. Alternatively you can contact our webchat here 👉 https://www.vodafone.co.uk/chatbackug Tom

Hey, so a WiFi booster is basically like a little helper for your router. You know how sometimes your WiFi signal gets weak in certain parts of your house? That's where the booster comes in.

Think of it as a tiny repeater that grabs the WiFi signal from your router and then broadcasts it stronger in those dead zones. So if you're constantly getting dropped calls on your video calls in the bedroom, or your streaming keeps buffering in the basement, a WiFi booster might be the solution.

They come in different shapes and sizes, and some are even super easy to set up. Just plug them in and boom, stronger WiFi!
