Hey,
So I'm after getting the Gigafast, i live in Bournemouth, and my road had the fiber installed months ago, my postcode is BH9 1TZ, when i put this in, you have the address listed wrong, there is:
GROUND FLOOR FLAT, 55 King Edward Avenue
55A King Edward Avenue
The ground floor flat is 55A, i live in the first floor flat, so you have the ground floor listed twice,
Royal Mail have me listed as 55 King Edward Avenue and most of my post have me listed as that, some post comes through as FIRST FLOOR FLAT, 55 King Edward Avenue.
Can I have a time frame of this to be fixed, as i have finished my Virgin Media contract and I'm paying 20 quid more for my broadband than the top Gigafast package

Amazing @Rimuru - We have recently released Pro Broadband which is definitely worth looking into and any Gigafast deals we currently on have can be found here.
Also, if you are already a Mobile customer you could be eligible for a discount on your Broadband so I'd advise speaking to our sales teams on 0333 304 0191 or webchat.

So my address is still wrong further up the order chain, i spoke with sales and they could not do my order, i was ment to get a phone call from the sales person who was dealing with me, but he never phoned back, as i do not know what else i can do to resolve this, CityFiber won't walk to me, and tell me that i have to talk with Vodafone, the sales person was also saying that my address is not on BT OpenReach's list, this address has been a flat for over 10 years, so i don't know whats going on with that.
is there any way you can chase up what i'm meant to do about this, as i'm at a complete loss of next steps
