VF don't do IP6 anyway, so that should not be part of the problem.

We now have to wait for the images to be moderated.

Are these disconnects at a similar time every day? If so what time? FTTP or FTTC?

Im not to sure but they seem to be happening daily now and its fibre to the cabinet

The reason I asked the time is because on FTTC daily reyncs are common between 12 and 2am(ish) and can be considered normal.

If the disconnects are happening at other times and increasing in frequency it could indicate a deteriorating connection between your router and the cabinet.

From the top of head 2 times its happend in the last 24hrs a disconnect for about 30 seconds or so today around 7:20/30 pm & around 10pm last night im not sure whats going on to behinest
