On my account dashboard page, I've recently been offered an "exclusive" upgrade for existing customers. When I look into this I find that I can now opt for a higher speed for a small increase in the monthly bill.
However if I enquire as a new customer I can get the upgraded speed for the same amount that I currently pay.
My next door neighbour has just signed up for this.
So what happened to oulawing of offering better deals for new customers?
