Am i being throttled?!

Joined vodafone from bt on the 16th on jan, everything was fine untill about a week ago.  My speed has gone shocking, from 60mbps+ download to 13mbps.  If I run a vpn the speed returns to normal.   I have used the chat options and spoken to support for about 3 hours and they just keep you hoing round in circles and i don't think they have a clue.  What's going on here?  I've included screenshots of tests done with and without a vpn.

I'm having the same issues I've had to drop my 4k TV to 720p and it's still buffering every 30 seconds or so. Pathetic service unfortunately I'm stuck with them another 11 months

@Joe1234567890Could you please repeat the tests from a wired connection to rule out WiFi issues?

After doing that suggested retest via Ethernet, if you get the same result, you might try a tracert  to somewhere like BBC.co.uk  or Google DNS on 8.8.8.8. This might be a routing issue.  Post your result here.
