Northampton Gigafast low download speed during peak hours

Hello the past week my gigafast connection has shown a big slowdown during peak hours between 6-11pm. Every other time of the day is fine i am able to max out the gigabit connection both ways. It only seems to be the download that slows down the upload still maxes out at 1gig. Download can go as low as 90mb-300mb however upload still maxes out at 941mb. Since now my connection has always been rock solid never had an issue with slow downs during the past year. Has anyone else had any similar issues as me?.  Thanks

Hey @jalzoo, thanks for getting in touch, we'd love to help get you back up to speed! Have you tried any troubleshooting steps

Your best bet would be to contact our Gigafast team and they'll be happy to run some diagnostics on your line, to if they can pinpoint any possible issues. You can give them a call on 191 from a Vodafone mobile, or you can also speak with an adviser via Live Chat

Issue seems to have resolved itself...
