Wifi speed

My broadband speed is currently 70mbp/s however I did get fibre optic and was wondering why I don't get faster speeds than that. I've looked into my wifi hub status and it says that I have speeds faster than 70mb/s and was wondering how I am able to access that.

Was it just a move to fttp or was it an upgrade to a different speed? On fttp you can get higher speeds, but you have to order and pay for them.
