Would a line reset help?

This is my final plea.Recap...About 12 months ago my sync speed dropped from around 7.2mb to 5.2mb.Since then sync speed has been a constant 5.2mb.If more than one person is  using the BB then its useless.My question is... would a line reset help? Ha...

Unexpected speed test results.

I've just done the speed test on Speedtest/Ookla and got vastly different results depending on where the test connection goes. Connecting to VF Watford gets 29Mbps and to Mythic Beasts London 56Mbps.
