Broadband Landline

just changed to fibre broadband and landline but cannot use 1471 or 1571 and have been told these numbers are not supported on fibre??

anyone been told similar

I don't believe there is any connection between SSE and Vodafone, other than that they use the Openreach network. (as does just about everybody)

Oh right well when I used to do a speed check it came up as Vodafone and when I spoke to  SSE customer service and mentioned it, they confirmed it so I don’t know then.

In that case, maybe you are right, although I can find no mention of it anywhere. I wonder if we have any other ex-SSE users on her who could confirm?
