Can't dial one number

VoIP service. Receiving calls no problems. Dialling out, no problems. Apart from when I try to call my own mobile phone. It rings once, then I get an engaged tone. Doesn't go to voicemail. On my mobile, it doesn't ring, I just get 3 missed calls (for that one call).

Any ideas?  VF say it's not their fault. My mobile provider says it's not them either!

@rjadev  Try turning off WiFi on your mobile phone and see if you can get the call to connect.

No difference.

@rjadev OK, sorry it didn't work. It was just an idea.

It was a good idea. Neither VF nor my provider had suggested it!

What mobile provider are you on?

Have you been able to work out if it is the same with everyone on that provider?

Does it work O.K. to other providers?

I realise it won't be easy to discover those answers, but they may help to pinpoint where (whose) the fault is.

I'm on O2. Have tried to another number here on O2 and connects just fine for that number.  Works okay on a different network too.

Wow, that is going to be difficult to pin down, unfortunately you will just have to keep chasing Vodafone.

If it worked before going to VoIP, it sounds like it must be in the changes they made.

Booked in for 2nd line team to investigate so we'll see what they say!

Moved over to Vodafone voip and have the same issue. Did you get yours resolved. Thanks
