Hi, I’ve recently had Gigafast fibre to the house installed and internet is working fine. However, the person who installed didn’t have the right connection to connect my home phone and I was told to buy an rj11 cable which I have done but no dial tone. The phone light on the router is white which is good. Any ideas?

What I know about GigaFast you could type on the back of a postage stamp.
So is the LandLine bundle,
Line rental: No line rental is required with all Vodafone Gigafast Broadband and Home Phone services.
a separarte connection point?
OR is it a phone that is plugged into the Modem/Router?

I have the same issue, had Gigafast installed yesterday and the phoneline isn't working, it's hooked upto the green phone port in my router, my phone just says "check phone connection". no dial tone or anything.

@dchurchy Sorry for the delay in getting back to responding! I see it's been a few days since you had it installed, is your landline now working?
