Has anybody had a problem with gigafast VoIP not dropping line at end of an incoming call and making a a high pitched whine until the call is cancelled. It is most noticeable with answering machine where the message ends and the far end puts the phone down and the whine starts until the answerphone stops recording

I've not heard of anything like you've mentioned happening before 🤔 One of our Gigafast advisers will be happy to look into this for you and sort any issues you might have right away - you can get in touch by giving them a call on: 033 33 041 524 and ask to speak with the Gigafast team!

Hi, Sorry I didn't reply. I tried calling a few times and gave up as on hold too long.
The problem just went away on its own, I hope it has for you too
