Increased ping between 8 and 10 pm

For the last 9 days my BQM shows a weird ping increase between 8 and 10 pm. 
It doesn’t seem to really affect anything.  I’m still getting full download and upload speeds. 
I’m just curious if it’s happening to anyone else. 
If I didn’t have the BQM, I wouldn’t know about it.

Edit, some of those before I was moved from Surry Quays gateway were even more dramatic.
