Hi All,
Does anyone have experience of claiming compensation, or whether compensation is actually due to a fault?
This isn't a Vodafone issue, but my Grandparents (Who use the landline fairly regulalry) have had an outage on their line for the past week, just buzzing and line constantly busy when calling - Vodafone have confirmed there's a fault in the area and OR will likely need to close part of the road and arrange a dig.
This has left them without service for coming up a week now - Is any refund for loss of service due because of this?
Thanks!

Automatic compensation should be payable on both broadband and landline services. See Ofcom site:
