The cable from the telephone pole outside my house that is attached to the side of my house is drooping down.
This is still attached at both ends, but the bracket that provides the cable tension (also connected to my house) has come out of the wall. I have spoken with OpenReach and they have said I need to contact my provider as this would be down to them to report directly to OpenReach. I do not have a phone/TV provider, but Vodafone provides my broadband (so this is the best I can do). Does anyone know which number I call, or is there an email or live chat anywhere where I can report this to someone preferably not to a robot?

Personally I would call 08080 034 515 and report the problem. They should call out Openreach.
