My landline phone is plugged into the broadband router in the Tel1 socket and the 'phone' LED is illuminated on the router. I can receive calls but unable to make calls. Any guidance gratefully received to sort out this problem. Thanks!
It sounds like you are going to have to contact Vodafone as the VoIP may not be set up correctly, But I think I would get hold of a standard phone and test it first "just in case", as it will not be an easy call to make.
