A family member has recently had Vodafone broadband and VOIP landline installed and on the landline service there seems to be a ‘Call Waiting’ service activated.
People calling her, do not get an engaged tone it just rings out, as per call waiting , and while on a call she hears a ‘beep’ indicating she has a call waiting.
However, we cannot seem to turn this feature off.
After being on an online chat for over an hour with Vodafone customer support say they don’t even offer this service on their VOIP landlines, so they cannot do anything about it (neither activate or deactivate it) …. So I’m at a bit of a loss what to do.
i have Vodafone broadband/voip and I do not have this problem, the only difference being she has the new Power Hub and I have the Old Wi-Fi hub.
Anyone have any suggestions?
