Facing Issues Like Slow Internet Connection and Weak Network in Vodafone

Hello,

I am really happy with the services of Vodofone but still, I am facing network connection issues right now. I know that this is the platform of UK and I am not currently lived in the UK due to certain pandemic issues.

 

I am in India right now from the past three months but still, I am a Vodafone customer right?

 

So If you help me in this platform then it is ok and if not can you provide me a link where I can ask my query related to my current location India.

 

I am sharing this query if it is possible for you to answer here.

 

My friend and I currently lived in the same apartment and currently have Vodafone services but the issue is my internet connection or mobile network is different and slow and he has very fast internet connection and network.

 

Why this is happening to me? please reply as soon as possible.

 

I am currently working as the Managing Director at the [Removed] which best for its car services.

Are you a Vodafone Uk Customer currently roaming in India ?

or are you a Vodafone India Customer ?@CAR_WASH_PERTH 

If the latter then I would suggest to check the Vodafone masts where you are to check for any known faults and speak to your own countries Vodafone Customer services and or post on your own countries Vodafone India Forum for further assistance.

You maybe suffering from mast congestion which is where alot of people are using the network at the same time.

Turn the device Off then remove the sim card and re insert the sim and turn the device back On to help refresh network connection. 

Can you try your sim card in another device as a process of elimination ?

Unfortunately the Vodafone Uk Social Media Teams here have no access to another countries Vodafone Network to help.

If you are a Vodafone Uk customer then Live Chat  > Contact-us  or the Vodafone Uk Social Media Teams can check your account via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries. 

Just to reiterate they can't help with customers who are not Vodafone Uk customers.

If your using a Vodafone Uk Sim card and roaming then roaming is only meant for short periods of time i.e around 3 months and not for semi permanent or permanent lengths of time.
