Hi I recently got a Gigacube with 100gb allowance. I have issues since day one. The Gigacube consumes lumps of days at night at usual hours when my household is sleep. It appears to consume 1000mbs of data when I'm not using it. The device is secure. Vodafone seem to think I'm using it and I have assured them in not. I have read several posts on this forum in relation to the same matter, The only other device plugged in at night is the Suresignal as it does strengthen my signal. I was hoping to be able to get rid of my land line.
Apprantly I have used 10.20gb since 7 June. YouTube etc is only streaming at 240ps so extremely low quality, I have no auto updates on etc.
Has anyone been able to resolve the data loss issue?

Vodafone as far as I'm aware can only see how much data allowance has been used but not what it's been used for.
Usually data monitors that are built in or monitoring apps give some information on what it's been used on @Madison1515
