Insert sim

My Vodafone K4203 is saying insert sim even when a sim is already inserted. When I remove sim and insert again, it works for about 2 minutes and then says insert sim again

Sounds like bad SIM retention (damaged/broken/dry-solder).  If it's within guarantee or is part of a contract you might want to visit a VF store with it, to look for a replacement.  If it is just the SIM retention, then a physical repair by someone who knows what they are doing would be quick, and should be cheap - the trickiest part being if the case is glued together!!!
