Issues with Mobile Broadband Latency

So I last year brought equipment to use 4g mobile broadband, and had chosen vodafone because the speeds were initially between 140 and 200mbps on 4g+. My equipment used to connect to the cell 3147032 which netted these speeds and overall a great experience. But since the long running issues with the tower around SO21 1DG the tower that I depend on and which has been giving me awesome speeds has clearly been reconfigured, as noted by signal direction from cellmapper. My equipment has for two months been connecting to 3147036, which has been awful, the majority of the time images don’t load, you will literally see them pop in eventually, youtube videos stutter in 360p, my emails don’t even refresh, I constantly have to reconnect to the APN in hopes of connecting to a different cell. Ping times can easily reach over 1000, jitter is in the hundreds, and this is can be observed by placing the sim inside my iPhone 13. My question is when will service in winchester be fixed.

Hi there @Alex2300  👋

Thanks for taking the time to let us know what's been happening. I know it's important to stay connected and I'm sorry to hear you're having some issues with your service.

I've taken a quick look at the postcode you've provided - I can see we're aware of an issue and we're working hard to get things back to normal.

Similar issue here- did you get a resolution? If so what was it?
