M7450 on VOXI

Hi, I'm trying to use a tp-link M7450 Mobile Hotspot with a VOXI SIM Card. The SIM Card has the Unlimited Data plan loaded onto it. The SIM Card works when putting it into my phone, but "No SIM detected" is shown when the card is inserted into the hotspot. I used VOXI's live chat, and they said the SIM Card looks fine on their end, but are unable to help any further as it's not their device.

tp-link said they are not helping as they believe it is a problem with the SIM card. The SIM card is correctly installed into the hotspot, and it has also been reset several times.

Any ideas on how to get this working? I really need it to work for a few days' time.

I have seen a few posts on this forum about other people facing the same problems with mobile hotspots, and others using a VOXI SIM Card in the same hotspot without any issues at all.

If the SIM connects when inserted into a phone @isaac it's working correctly and the issue appears to be connected to the tp-link M7450. Do you know what network it was previously connected too? It maybe locked to that network and will need unlocking by them before you can connect with another networks SIM.

Hi @Mark, thank you for the reply. The hotspot is completely new, the instructions say most networks will work with the hotspot. I've decided to cancel my VOXI plan since I've confirmed with another company that their SIM definitely works.
