Dear Sir or Madam

Is there something wrong with the data only SIM I am using in all the mobile devices I am using with it?

Because the SIM card in question  am using is over three years old and as a result I am not getting the speed in Mbps I used to which makes me suspect the SIM card. Now of course it might not be the SIM card but it is the only thing I can think of to explain the drop in speed?

Try a soft reboot by turning the device Off and On and or eject the sim and gently wipe the chip in the sim card.

As a process of elimination try your sim card in another device and then see what happens @JamesL

Check your Vodafone masts via Vodafone status-checker.

A sim card can be replaced via a sim swap.

Customer services can send you a blank sim card and you perform the sim swap at home or wait until the Vodafone Highstreet Stores open and visit one to get the sim swap done. Take photo identification.

Vodafone simswap.

Customer services via 0333 304191 or Live Chat or the Vodafone Social Media Team's via Contact-us-for-account-specific-queries can check your account too.
