My Plan was changed post price increase

Hi,

 

Since the price increase my internet speeds have decreased and won’t go over 10mbps hovering around 5, before the price increase i was getting 50 on avg. I have looked at my account on my Vodafone and it says I have only unlimited data when it should be unlimited data max. I need this changed back asap, this is clearly an admin issue and online support (Tobi) provide no meaningful help.
