I had a new 5G mobile hotspot delivered on Tuesday, but unfortunately it's showing as "limited service". Having spent several hours going back and forth with telephone and live chat advisors, I believe it's because the web order also included home broadband, which isn't being activated until 30th April.
Because the order is in "Open" status, my mobile broadband won't be activated until the 30th, when the home broadband is switched on. This obviously defeats the purpose of ordering it in the first place!
Is there someway that I can get this resolved?
