Bit of a frustrating afternoon.
Can't talk to the Social Media team as we use the one Facebook between us in wife's name and the account is in my name.
Was given a short cut to technical help, but the choices aren't appropriate for R218 so had to go through 3 people (luckily not Tobi) over a period of an hour and am due a replacement SIM with remaining credit. No roaming bar on the SIM so that was a worthwhile red herring.
Being clumsy, I terminated the conversation without closing it so email transcript will probably not follow.
Back in Europe next month so hopefully problem fixed?
