Something's not quite right with your personal details

Hello,

I was trying to place to order for mobile broadband with 12 months package.

I filled in all information and done with active card check.

 

It kept telling me this...

"Something's not quite right with your personal details

Please double check your personal details and billing address to make sure everything is correct. Then place your order again to continue."

 

I guess it might be my address. I have been here for less than 3 years.

 

With lockdown, all the stores in the UK are closed!

What am I suppose to do with this issue? 

Please suggest?

The generic troubleshooting tips are to clear the cache , cookies and Internet history of your browser and try again. 

Also sometimes using another device to place the order is beneficial.
