@maxwonga Hey 👋 I hope you're doing well! I'm sorry to hear that you've been experiencing slow internet speeds the last few days, I know how frustrating this can be.
If you're having trouble with mobile data either on your phone or a mobile broadband device such as a tablet, pop your postcode into our Network Status Checker and it will tell you if there is any ongoing maintenance, outages or known network issues in your area. If the coverage looks good and there are no areas of issue even if you zoom out a little, fill out the Network Issues Template and we can look into this further.
If the speed issue is with your Vodafone Broadband connection instead, please let me know and I can run through some checks with you 😊
