If you are referring to a mobile phone repeater to use on the outside of your property, there is no reason this won't work with the R219. There is further information from Ofcom on the link below, but a repeater won't come cheap, you will be looking to spend at least £400.00 probably more. Stockists for can be found from a Google search.

The other alternative will be to take a look at the Gigacube where you should receive improved mobile reception:Gigacube
However, if you are going to be spending all this money, going for a broadband connection would give confidence in the connection and the cost would work out cheaper on a month to month basis.

It's set up to use the Vodafone Uk 4G / mobile data infrastructure @hotrats
It has a built-in antenna.
