Hello!

I have just purchased a brand new UK spec Samsung Galaxy Note 20 5G Ultra ( unlocked ) online from a reputable website.  I notice that my new purchase of this mobile is not included in the of working on the 5G Stand Alone network, that's when Vodafone switch in an IP postcode ( this is near Felixstowe ).  Could a member of the Moderators or an informed person kindly advise? I currently use a n unlocked Note 9, Samsung of course

Thank you.

Hi @JamesBond 👋 We don't currently have any information on what other phones may be added to the service in the future. As soon as we have any updates or news to share we will make sure the page here is updated. You can also see if your area is available for 5G Ultra on that page. I hope you're enjoying your new phone 😀

@Andy any idea when people who actually meet the criteria will gain access or when CS will know what it is?

Any eligible new and existing customers @garetc will be automatically provisioned for 5G Ultra over the coming months. You'll be notified by text message once this has taken place. We’re unable to provide a date for when you can expect this to happen.

That's been the CS line for months, since they announced 5G 'Ultra'

Operations need to pull their finger's out and start enabling people.

I do realise that you only do so much in a day, why rush anything and gets things wrong. Patience is a virtue. If you are complete a job, do it right first time and don't bodge it!

This is an old thread!

SA for me has bene working well on my Samsung S24U and Google Pixel.
