5G mobile data speeds 20mbits download speeds

There are speed issues on 5G in HX1 4JZ, only getting max 20mbit download speeds.

Esim activated. 

Tried sofar:-

1. Changed my APN details as per technical support instructions from Vodafone.

2. set to manually select Vodafone UK network...

3. Set to 3G for a few hours, then changed back to 5G Auto.

Samsung S21 Ultra.

Note: speeds in WF1 3SP were super fast. So not phone problem. Plus phone has been replaced on Vodafone insurance.

You specifically mention 5G.  You should still be able to use the 4G network.

Follow this thread Network Issues  and complete the template, this will give an example of the issue and something for the Social Team to go on.

Speed fine in wf1 3sp in fact super fast
