Huge variation in 5G speeds regardless of time that stay consistent for a few weeks

Does anyone experiences where the 5G speeds can decrease by at least half what you’d normally get and these speeds seem to last a few weeks and then go back to at least double the speed. When I first had Vodafone 5G the best I could get was around 200mbps, sometimes a bit more if it was late. I can see the mast from bedroom window and get four bars showing on iPhone 14 Pro. But recently on the network status site, it was saying they were going to do network upgrades. And a few weeks later the speeds could go upto 650mbps, maybe it was late evening but sometimes I’d get 450+ during peak hours. But lately even at 4am, for some reason it struggles to get near 200mbps. Or when you start a speed test, it’d start at say 300mbps and slow down to say 150mbps. But what I’ve noticed is, if download speeds are slow the upload speeds go higher, normally I’d get around 15mbps, but sometimes it’d shoot upto 80+, but this only seems to happen if download speeds are slower or not steady.
