Slow broadband speed - NE28

Hi,

Ive upgraded to the unlimited max plan on the 10th of April but i’m getting consistent speeds of 4-6 mbps on 4g and 5g, i’ve consulted help from the app and agents

Im sorry but when you’re going to be paying £33 a month on an ‘unlimited’ plan with the ‘fastest available speeds’, even with 4g in the area going up to 40+ mbps this is horrendous speeds.

Ive got an Iphone 15 Pro Max, it gets babied and I can guarantee isn’t the issue. 

Is there any ways to cancel it as I am out of the cooling period but I’ve only had the contract for less than a month as I’m not happy.

Hi @Thaiphoon I am sorry that you've not been happy with the speeds you're currently receiving. You wouldn't unfortunately be able to cancel outside the cooling off period without a early termination charge. So we can look into this further with yourself, please reach out to us via the details here and we can take a closer look at this.
