Activation Delay - No help from agents, Got blocked on chat :)

Hello Vodafone!

 

It is my first time with you and let me assure you - I never made a complaint in my life. Not this time, your service got me lost hundreds just before it has even started! Let's go with the subject :Smiling:

 

I am very very annoyed and angry at this point. I was very polite with your agents and you can clearly read that with my transcripts. I know they don't know a single thing, They don't know anything and they CANNOT do anything at all. That's why I am asking publicly here for help with my query, as your agents cannot (just cannot) do anything about it.

 

Activation date was on 23rd that means I was already 2 weeks without internet as your installation date is horribly long. Okay, I managed to take summer at work, but clients are waiting. It's 25th. ON 23RD i got information that it will be activated till midnight. On 24th I got ASSURED by your agents it HAS TO be activated till midnight. Today? I guess midnight, im not gonna wait - I wanna leave even before started.

 

It's not being inpatient. I was patient 2 weeks without business - I can read that your delays could last even A MONTH! I can't even believe and imagine losing my job ONLY BECAUSE of your service. I can't take that hit on me, because your agents cannot do anything.

 

I need help with activation my service or I would like recompensation as an unlimited internet on my GO DONGLE USB internet. I am literally gonna get kicked of job if you delay it even 1 hour longer. UNBELIEVABLE!!!!

 

Just to remind - NEVER made a complaint in my life.

Please, let me know ANYTHING about what my service status is and when it's gonna be activated. As your agents literally don't have those information as you do not provide it. I am just worried it stuck somewhere.
