Error logging into Vodafone account

My Vodafone home broadband service was activated today (circa 8am this morning) and all has been running smoothly with the exception of logging into the MyVodafone account I registered using my Broadband order number.

 

I've contacted support agents twice and they have followed the same script:

  1. Perform a security check to prove I own the account
  2. Reset my password (which was not necessary in the first place)
  3. Tell me to wait until my services were active (when I was using my Vodafone broadband to contact the second agent)

Is there a wider issue with Vodafone accounts at the moment? Or am I being naïve and account activation can legitimately take until midnight to happen?

I've attached a screenshot of the error I'm receiving when I try to log in:

This error has been persistent all day. I have tried the following troubleshooting steps to ensure it is nothing on my end:

  • Tried clearing cache/cookies on my browser
  • Tried another web browser to log in
  • Tried logging in via the MyVodafone app on iOS
