I took out a new contract early January. Vodafone were meant to setup my DD, however... failed to do so and where it should show DD account details, it shows **** *ble. Forward 2 weeks and Vodafone are saying my "account is in arrears"
2 calls later - "we've escalated it, it will be resolved in 2 working days"
2 weeks later, still nothing or no change on the account.
2 further calls later and a webchat - "we've escalated it, it will be resolved in 2 working days... and we've credited your account with £30".
A week later.. still nothing!!! Is this grounds for contract cancellation? Not sure what else I can do. I have an exemplary credit file currently and I'm concerned Vodafone are going to ruin that!!!

That's great. Rest assured, they'll do everything they can to get this resolved.
