Hi,
I have an issue with my Vodafone Samsung S21 Ultra.
When I dial a phone number, I can't hear the other person (and I think they can't hear me) at all.
If I dial that same number a second time, it works!! Weird.
Is anyone else having this issue?
I've read somewhere that it could be a 5G issue but not sure.
Thnx

Try turning off 5G in your settings and Connections, Mobile Network to see if it is that @prodigualson
Also does this happen everywhere you go ?
status-checker is to check your masts.
Perhaps try your sim card in another phone as a process of elimination.

At a guess you have probably been reading this thread from Samsung Community https://eu.community.samsung.com/t5/galaxy-s21-series/samsung-s21-unable-to-hear-phone-calls/td-p/28...
This could also be related to WiFi calling, if you are using this service, try turning it off and see if it makes a difference.
If you still have the same problems with the SIM in an alternative phone, this will confirm a phone issue. You may find you will need to factory reset the phone, this usually clears out any bugs.
If you still have issues, I would recommend having a word with a Samsung Repair Centre.
