New customer to vodafone, moving across from BT. When sorting out the new sim, I selected the retain current number option and provided a PAC code.
Today, I received the new sim card. I inserted and tested - able to make calls, use 4G etc however cannot receive calls. Have tried restarting / reinserting etc.
Rang support number and regretting switching to vodafone now. Support staff didn't believe I hadn't been given a new number with my SIM and then tried to get me to buy a new plan for this sim ????
I've tried making a my vodafone account however it says my details are wrong?
Is there something I've messed up along the way?
