Company website blocked by Secure Net

Hello,

our company webapp is incorrectly blocked by secure net.

Hi @mmobility, I've been able to access your site using a device connected to Vodafone with an active Secure Net service. When your users are trying to connect, what error message are they seeing and do they have any other content control services active on their numbers/devices?

When we activate the Vodafone Secure Net browsing protection, error messages appear such as: ERR_CONNECTION_RESET when accessing the site. When we deactivate it, these messages stop appearing and we can access without problem.
Some clients when connecting to the app receive an SSL error, but only with the Vodafone connection.

Thanks for getting back to us @mmobility - has anyone provided you a screenshot of the error message at all?

I'd recommend advising those affected to close down all their open browsers, clear the internet history and then try reloading the page - keep us updated and let me know if you need anything else 👍

Hi @Mark I am having the same issue with our company website ? https://crossfold.co.uk

 

When anyone tries to go on our website with their secure net on their phone (me included) it comes up saying this website has been blocked. I had to manually go into my secure net settings and put this down as a trusted website, but i cannot do this for other vodafone users who will not be able to visit our website.

 

We have checked with our IT dept & cloudfare who host the website and they cannot understand why you are blocking it when everything is fine and up to date & nothing malicious on our website.

 

Hoping you could help or whitelist our website from secure net ?

Hi, we have the same for our site https://mtr.bio, our users connecting from Vodafone network cannot connect because Secure Net is blocking the domain. Could you help us, please?
