Dear good morning
I'm sorry if I'm writting in a UK forum but it's almost impossible to reach Vodafone Italy support if you're not a customer, moreover I found other thread reagarding this specific topic and moderators where able to forward the request to Italian Network team, so I hope you can help me (again)
The issue is quite simple: our company www.cloud.elkron.com website is blocked by Vodafone Rete Sicura service especially if the service is configured with the maximum level of protection. I checked the domain in various tools like https://www.virustotal.com our websited and the entire domain (elkron.com) dosen't apper in any blacklist (I check it regurlally).
We produce and sell IoT devices and website is used by customers for the remote managment of it, this block is causing many issues and business concern.Let me also add one more info: I noted that our website is been "proxied" by Rete Sicura and the certificate exposed by the service is different form the one actually installed on the servers (our certificate is issued by Digicert while the one used by Rete Sicura is from an "allot" device)

Dear community can you please help me in unlock this bad situation or at least can you please help me found any Itaian contact that can handle this?

Hi @urm-gb Currently we are only able to support with issues on the UK network and I would have to advise you to reach out to Vodafone Italy directly, they should have a dedicated network team who will be able to review any restrictions applied to the Vodafone Italy network. You can find Vodafone Italy contact details via this link. I do apologise that I'm not able to help further with this here.

Hello @Andy and thank you for your prompt reply.
Unfortunately me and my company are not direct Vodafone customer and actually I opened the case because it's not possible to directly reach the "Italian" support.
In the past this forum was very helpful for solving a the very same issue forwarding the topic to the italian team

Do you think is possible to do the same? Or can you please forward me a contact (support email or similar) to be reached for this kind of issue?
To be honest we're using very standard and well know technologies to serve our customer and we can't understand why sometimes we're blacklisted.

We understand the importance of getting this resolved @urm-gb. We've contacted our Network team and they no longer have a contact in Vodafone Italy, like back in June of last year. That being said, our Network team suspect that Vodafone Italy may use the same back-end vendor as we do here at Vodafone UK, so they've raised a reclassification for the URL in question. Please try accessing the website again after 24 hours, making sure that the affected users have cleared their cache and cookies.
