Company website is being blocked on Vodafone

Hi,

 

We have several customers, using Vodafone mobile, report they are unable to access https://www.niparcels.com.

 

Can you explain why this is happenening and and how we can request removal from any blocked list?

Hey @markirvinemb. I'm just popping over a message to let you know that we've received a response regarding the ongoing issue raised. The domain has now been removed from blocking and should be accessible within the next couple of hours. Please do continue to keep us posted.

Good morning @markirvinemb - good news, this has now been reviewed and reclassified. 

Please allow up to 72 hours for all changes to complete - after this, I'd recommend clearing your cache/cookies and trying to load the page again 🙂

Hi @markirvinemb I do apologise that you're still facing issues with this, can I ask if the customers affected are receiving any error messages at all?

There are no error messages displayed - just and empty browser...  If there was some kind of content blocking, I'd imagine there would be a message of some kind.

I've raised a new case for you @markirvinemb as when we test the site on the Vodafone network we can't access it, though we do get a DNS error message. I've sent this over to the team and as soon as we have an update, we'll let you know! 

Hi @markirvinemb -we've just had a further update to let us know that it's been double checked and there's nothing being blocked from our side. 

The information provided would be for you to check the DNS Server from your side, for any blocks in place.
