Data only sim internet unusably slow

Hi there,

My data only sim is currently unusably slow despite the service checker saying there is signal in my area. I only use this sim at my office so if its not working here its really no use to me at all.

I can't use the live chat as there is no-one available, and I can't call the free vodafone line as its not free from other networks (my sim is data only for a 4G router).

What recourse do I have here? I can't contact vodafone! Thanks

Hi @ronniegold, how long has your data been slow for and have you done any speed tests? Could you please also let us know the postcode of your office? If you don't want to post this publicly, you can add this to your Community profile 🙂
